Titoki
This build takes an existing garage and gives it new life — upgraded, reclad, and made to last. A new wing adds the main living spaces, while a sheltered outdoor area links the two structures, creating a spot for year-round gatherings.
We used materials chosen for strength and coastal durability: plywood board and batten cladding, Purpleheart timber rainscreens, and finishes built for beach life.
Inside, polished concrete floors and plywood linings provide a tough but welcoming backdrop, ideal for families and coastal living.
In conjunction with Renee Woods Architect Ltd this is than just a beach house, Titoki is a place built for connection and lasting memories.
